Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Food and Beverage Team Member.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in all areas of the Food & Beverage department, including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events.
  • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Follow departmental and company policies and procedures, as well as legislative and safety regulations.
  • Remain polite and courteous at all times, providing a positive experience for guests.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Good grooming standards and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations and experience with cash handling.
