Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at CaterShaw Recruitment. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for directing the food and beverage operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a unique guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the management of multiple departments, including food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and meeting and events facilities.
- Manage and develop a team of managers and supervisors to ensure excellent service delivery and high standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
