Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our food and beverage operations meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff to provide outstanding customer service and ensure that our food and beverage operations are consistently high quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while controlling costs and improving efficiency.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the team is aware of their responsibilities in this area.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving sales and revenue.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
