About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our food and beverage operations meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff to provide outstanding customer service and ensure that our food and beverage operations are consistently high quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while controlling costs and managing stock and waste.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve financial targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that all health and safety compliance is maintained, and that the team is aware of their responsibilities in this area.
