The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at the Holiday Inn Cambridge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing a talented team of hospitality experts in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the restaurant, bar, in-room dining, conferencing, and events at the hotel
- Manage the F&B budget with accurate forecasting and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
