POSITION SUMMARY

Bobbi Brown and La Mer

This role encompasses managing sales and education initiatives across various retail locations.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, guide, and nurture the Point of Sale Management teams to consistently meet Brand expectations regarding sales, service, operations, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Point of Sale Management team to outline the commercial strategy for each location, establishing objectives and ensuring operational excellence aligned with the Brand Strategy.
  • Provide training, coaching, and development for Point of Sale Managers. Empower management teams to operate the business effectively, conducting necessary performance evaluations based on set goals and KPIs.
  • Facilitate Brand education through available digital tools and resources to enhance the skills of Point of Sale teams.
  • Mentor Point of Sale teams on consumer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to elevate performance, focusing on consumer recruitment and retention strategies to cultivate a loyal customer base.
  • Ensure Point of Sale Management teams optimize profitability through effective stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory replenishment, taking appropriate actions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Inspirational leader, confident in guiding and developing managers and teams.
  • Experience in multi-site management within high turnover retail or consumer service sectors is essential.
  • Strong people management experience, including training and coaching high-performing teams. Distance management skills are crucial.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology to enhance communication and information dissemination.
