POSITION OVERVIEW
As a pivotal member of the Bobbi Brown team, the Area Sales & Education Manager will oversee operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role emphasizes exceptional service delivery and a customer-centric approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the Point of Sale Management teams to consistently meet brand expectations in sales, service, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the Point of Sale Management team to devise commercial strategies tailored to each location, establishing clear objectives and ensuring operational success aligned with brand initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Point of Sale Managers, empowering them to effectively manage their teams and conduct performance evaluations based on established goals and KPIs.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to deliver comprehensive brand education, enhancing the skill set of Point of Sale teams.
- Guide Point of Sale teams in consumer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance performance and foster customer loyalty.
- Ensure that Point of Sale Management teams optimize profitability through effective stock management, visual merchandising, and timely replenishment, taking necessary actions when required.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to inspire and develop management teams.
- Experience in managing multiple retail locations, particularly in high-volume sales environments.
- Extensive experience in people management, including training and coaching high-performing teams, with a focus on remote management.
- Proficient in leveraging technology to enhance communication and streamline information flow.
