About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Assistant Manager to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a leading role in supporting the Retail Manager to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail artists to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Support the Retail Manager in driving business growth and improving customer experience
- Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential

About You
- Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential
- Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
