About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail artists to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of retail artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
  • Drive sales and customer service targets through effective inventory management, cash reconciliation, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across days and hours to meet business needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
