About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Assistant Manager to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a leading role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of retail artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, empowering customers to be the best version of themselves.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
- Drive sales and customer service targets through effective inventory management, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to deliver the Bobbi Brown experience for each customer, meeting their personal needs and preferences.

About You
- Proven retail experience at supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and succeed.
- Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
