About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Admissions Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new and existing business into our care homes across the region, while building and sustaining high occupancy in line with our commercial strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales, marketing, and awareness programs to ensure high levels of awareness and profile of our care homes within the local community.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Present and share ideas for increasing revenue to our Area Directors and Care Business Partners to deliver overall Area occupancy growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and report any identified barriers that have led to lost revenue opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Generate Resident enquiries through networking in the local community and supporting the enquirers throughout the process.
  • Event Planning: Organize events in our care homes in the area that are appropriate to the target audience.
  • Networking: Local networking to identify key local public opinion leaders, influencers, and referrers.
  • Marketing Support: Identify local community publications that are read by the same target audience.
  • Quality Assurance: Support our Care Home Managers in your area in setting and maintaining high standards in the presentation of front of house, public areas, and Resident areas.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with our central marketing team to arrange for advertising, mailshots, and other local awareness campaigns.
  • Enquiry Management: Support our Home Administrator to manage Care Home enquiries from initial point of contact.
  • Relationship Building: Visit local health and social care settings, community organizations, and other influencers to build relationships.
  • Wellbeing Support: Work closely with our wellbeing coordinators to organize events within the homes to the benefit of our Residents.
  • Staff Training: Use your hospitality or customer care skills to ensure staff are given training in the delivery of the expected standards.
  • Content Creation: Generate content for home-level social media pages.
  • Newsletter Support: Support our Wellbeing Co-ordinators to produce the home newsletter.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to appropriate colleagues on 'how to take a good enquiry' and 'how to arrange and deliver a professional tour of the home'.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor daily financial budgets, occupancy, and enquiries.
  • Communication: Generate positive news stories and write up for sign up and sign off.
  • Management Information: Monitor and interpret management information undertaking comprehensive analysis.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Compliance: Comply with HC-One's policies and procedures for health, safety, and hygiene at all times.
  • Abuse and Neglect: Recognize the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm, or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns.
