Regional Support Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Support Coordinator to join our Yorkshire team at St Giles Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall coordination of HR, Finance, GDPR, facilities, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team with recruitment campaigns and safer recruitment processes.
- Coordinate new starter training and provide administrative support to the Management Team in ensuring employee risk assessments are carried out annually and recorded appropriately.
- Ensure invoices, expenses, and all contracts are submitted to finance in a timely manner and act as the point of contact for all local finance-related queries.
- Develop, administer, and coordinate the local data protection database and monitor and review new project set-ups.
- Be the point of contact for landlords, external building managers, and internal Support Services colleagues to ensure the needs of the team are met in terms of office-based requirements.
- Coordinate local compliance with health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Experience of working in the voluntary sector, with an understanding of the pressures and demands.
- Experience of providing administrative support to a large team and of using financial software.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and of the principles of Data Protection.
- Understanding of the adverse experiences of our clients who are experiencing issues such as homelessness, substance misuse, debt, involvement with gangs, etc.
- Impressive interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A flexible, proactive, and professional approach to your work.
