Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our future students, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including schools and employers, to facilitate the application process.
