We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Admissions Administrator to join our team at OnlyFE. As the first point of contact for our future students, you will provide information and guidance to support them through the application process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our future students, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including schools and employers, to facilitate the application process.
- Support recruitment events, promoting our college and its programs to potential students.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
