Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior People Partner to join our team. As a trusted partner, you will work closely with management and employees to provide hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on all people-related matters. You will be responsible for driving improvements to the end-to-end employee lifecycle and employee experience, covering talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compliance, compensation, and benefits, culture, and organizational design and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Becoming a trusted partner to managers and key business leaders, recognized for their people knowledge and insights.
  • Responsible for and drive improvements to the end-to-end employee lifecycle and employee experience.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of key drivers of engagement and be able to take targeted action to enhance the employee experience.
  • Experienced working across all levels; strategic, operational, and tactical, as well as the ability to influence effectively across all levels of the company.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Senior Business Partner in a fast-paced, changing organization with demonstrable impact in creating fun workplaces where people love to work.
  • Experienced at introducing new tools and processes into the business at the right time to get maximum impact, creating a high-performance culture without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Clear, concise, effective communicator. Persuasive, can debate, and challenge within the team and with peers across the company.
  • Very strong ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive decision making that will impact business success.
  • Identifies work that needs to be done, proposes solutions, and executes independently.
  • A culture champion with a genuine belief in company values and a passion for making the company a great place to work.
