About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at Imperial Brands. As a key member of our P&C Community, you will work closely with our Manufacturing Excellence COE to define, develop, and execute the People and Culture agenda and plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders across Function/Region/Cluster to drive strategic objectives and enhance business performance.
  • Provide strategic HR leadership and expertise to drive business forward, influencing business strategy and translating it into People Strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate change, identifying opportunities to unlock business value, and act as a member of relevant leadership teams.
  • Support the roll out of Global CoE policies and frameworks, such as Talent & Succession Management, Connected Performance, Organisation Effectiveness, and Organisational Health reviews.
  • Manage, cascade, and monitor all Global processes, guiding and coaching Senior Leaders.

Requirements

  • Evidence of providing strategic P&C partnering within a Manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, quickly building rapport and trust across all stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy, with excellent influencing skills to deliver through others.
  • Strong Leadership, Communication, and Change Management skills, with experience in Strategic workforce planning.
  • Ability to coach and influence senior managers to enable a high-performance culture.
  • Evidence of working in a global matrix organisation and understanding of business complexities.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data for insight and storytelling to inform data-led decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
