Breakdown Customer Care, Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakdown Customer Care, Sales & Renewals professional to join our team at Jigsaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales and renewals, and ensuring seamless day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring clear explanations and solutions to their queries.
- Deliver a friendly and helpful service, demonstrating a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
- Work effectively under pressure, adapting to new processes and procedures as required.
- Process mid-term adjustments and cancellations, collect payments, and solve customer queries throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Provide surge support to our Breakdown Claims Advisors, answering calls and arranging services as needed.
- Offer training and coaching to colleagues, as required.
- Quoting and closing new business enquiries, building and maintaining long-standing client relationships, and retaining existing clients at renewal.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products, working towards individual targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and successfully deal with difficult customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
