We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Breakdown Customer Care and Sales Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide clear guidance and explanations to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
- Sales Support: Assist clients with mid-term adjustments and cancellations, collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments, and provide training and coaching when required.
- Communication: Demonstrate high levels of communication, organisation, thoroughness, and time management to clear day-to-day workloads efficiently and correctly.
- Problem-Solving: Solve customer queries throughout the life of their policy, providing assistance on a surge basis to our Breakdown Claims Advisors as needed.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-standing client relationships, retaining existing clients at renewal and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathise and successfully deal with difficult customers.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
