Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear guidance and explanations to clients, demonstrating a high level of customer service skills.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Process mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments, maintaining a high level of communication with clients.
- Solve customer queries throughout the life of their policy, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Provide training and coaching to colleagues when required, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quoting and closing new business enquiries, identifying opportunities to upsell additional products that meet our clients' needs.
- Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Retaining existing clients at renewal, leveraging our products and services to meet their evolving needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
