Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Breakdown Claims Handling: Process and manage breakdown claims, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support and assistance.
- Sales and Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Communication and Organisation: Demonstrate high levels of communication, organisation, and time management skills to clear day-to-day workloads efficiently and correctly.
- Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to colleagues as required, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathise and successfully deal with difficult customers.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing a high level of service to clients.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Technical Skills: PC literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
