Job Title: Helpdesk Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for managing the facilities service for our corporate properties, ensuring they are safe, welcoming, and support a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facilities service to meet legal requirements, client needs, and tenant expectations.
  • Be the first point of contact for building, building services, and FM-related issues.
  • Liaise with specialist contractors to ensure work is conducted in line with best practice and statutory requirements.
  • Reduce risk of failure, minimize downtime, disruption, and operational risk.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial facilities and workplace management experience.
  • Driving license to travel between sites.
  • Project management skills.
  • IWFM Level 3 or equivalent.
