Facilities Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for managing the facilities service for our corporate properties, ensuring they are safe, welcoming, and support a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the facilities service to meet legal requirements, client needs, and tenant expectations.
- Be the first point of contact for building, building services, and FM-related issues.
- Liaise with specialist contractors to ensure work is conducted in line with best practice and statutory requirements.
- Reduce risk of failure, minimize downtime, disruption, and operational risk.
Requirements:
- Proven commercial facilities and workplace management experience.
- Driving license to travel between sites.
- Project management skills.
- IWFM Level 3 or equivalent.
