About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at CN Sales Recruitment LTD. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a defined sales territory within the Health & Safety sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a territory of existing accounts and upsell a full portfolio of services to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
  • Achieve new business, retention, and renewal sales targets while handling day-to-day customer inquiries and issues.
  • Nurture customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Forecast and deliver on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding account management sales targets (3+ years).
  • Experience working within a metric-driven environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a supportive and collaborative culture with significant opportunities for career progression.
