• Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of optical professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners
