Regional Director of Sales - Hotel Portfolio

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Sales to lead and inspire sales teams across a portfolio of hotels. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring operational excellence within our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to sales teams, empowering them to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with General Managers to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with property goals and brand standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, track lead generation efforts, and ensure efficient handling of online inquiries.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative sales techniques to enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports, market data, and customer feedback.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
