About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator to join our team as an Assistant Aftercare Manager. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management of defect resolution and implementing strategic policies to promote efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the resolution of defects at the time of handover and at the end of the defects period, working closely with inspection teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee the Developer Aftercare teams to ensure defects are fixed within the agreed period, and reassign defects that are not resolved within the expected timeframe.
  • Monitor ongoing repair work to ensure it meets contract standards, and arrange visits to review any defects, poor workmanship, or concerns reported by customers.
  • Work closely with our teams to find solutions to any problems experienced by customers, and keep an eye on the performance of sub-contractors to address any recurring issues.
  • Manage the final inspection process at the end of the defect liability period, and report on aftercare issues to the Aftercare Lead, including the performance of developers, inspectors, and sub-contractors.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of complicated and latent defects, who can work autonomously and has a strong knowledge of the development and construction process. You should also have experience using defect tracking systems such as clixifix, and possess a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
