About the Role

Harris Commercial Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic HR department in a thriving international business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Records Management: Accurately maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is kept current and compliant.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing induction materials and organizing orientation sessions.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law, particularly regarding data protection and confidentiality.
  • Employee Relations: Provide administrative support in handling employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits administration, including updating records and responding to employee inquiries.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties for the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative role is essential.
  • CIPD Qualification: You will ideally be working towards a CIPD Qualification.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Experience with HR and T&A software is essential.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
