About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning team in the North, based in either our Leeds or Manchester offices.

The successful candidate will work with public and private sector clients who are delivering positive impact across the country through their projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client contact on a day-to-day basis, developing strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Plan and implement consultation and engagement campaigns using in-person and digital methods, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate with our strategy team to develop engagement campaign strategies, leveraging expertise and best practices.
  • Produce high-quality content, including consultation, media, campaign, and thought-leadership materials, that accurately reflects our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Conduct audience insights and political audits to inform engagement activity and drive campaign success.
  • Identify and capitalize on media opportunities, securing positive news coverage, profile pieces, and features across a broad media spectrum.
  • Coordinate and combine communications tactics to deliver high-impact, high-value campaigns that meet our clients' needs.
  • Report on, analyze, and evaluate engagement campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
