Job Title: UK Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales function and drive business growth in the UK market. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for generating new and existing business opportunities, managing and developing the sales team, and taking ownership of budgets and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in sales management and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery
