General Manager – Luxury Hotel – Uruguay

Seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead the operations of a prestigious luxury country hotel in Uruguay.

About the Role

  • Oversee the smooth running of the hotel's operations, ensuring exceptional standards across all departments.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing senior team, responsible for the hotel's success.
  • Collaborate with departments to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Assume responsibility for the hotel's financial performance and operations.
  • Report to the Operations Director for the group.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury hotel management, with a strong understanding of operations, forecasting, and budgets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience with VIP guests.
  • High volume experience and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for food and drink.
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen.

About the Hotel
