About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with strong commercial and financial acumen, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the hotel operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and maintain market share.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and revenue teams to optimize profit potential and protect brand image.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
