Hotel General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at The Royal Horseguards, a stunning 5-star hotel in the heart of London.

About the Role

As Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, including operational and commercial aspects. You will lead a team of professionals and be accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving profitability, and maintaining the company's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the hotel team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage the hotel's operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the sales and revenue teams to optimize profit potential
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
