Job Title: Director of Hotel Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Hotel Services to join our team at Carlton Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our Hotel General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze demand and decide on the type, standard, and cost of services to be offered.
  • Determine financial, staffing, material, and other short- and long-term needs.
  • Ensure the physical comfort of residents or passengers and make special arrangements for children, the elderly, and the infirm if required.
  • Recruit, engage, and retain colleagues through effective performance management and assist with daily admin according to company policy and procedures.
  • Deputize for the General Manager as required.
