About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and revenue teams to optimize profit potential and protect brand image.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
  5. Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Participate in promoting the hotel through business development activities and stakeholder engagement.
