Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including events, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and kitchen management.
  • Manage profit and loss, revenue management, and cost control to optimize financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements, including fire, hygiene, health and safety, licensing, and employment law.
  • Attend key meetings, including General Managers, Operations, and Head of Departments meetings, in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development to ensure the team reaches its full potential and delivers exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager in a high-end operation.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to assist in daily operations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry with a drive to advance the hotel's success.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead a diverse team.
