Position: Influencer Campaign Strategist (Bilingual in French)

Role Summary:

In the capacity of Influencer Campaign Strategist, you will be instrumental in steering the success of our influencer and social media marketing initiatives. Your role will encompass the comprehensive management of campaigns, from ideation through to execution, ensuring that each project aligns with client goals and delivers outstanding results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting tailored influencer marketing strategies and campaign frameworks that align with client objectives.
  • Identifying and selecting appropriate influencers based on brand compatibility and audience engagement.
  • Building and nurturing robust relationships with a diverse array of influencers.
  • Negotiating and formalizing influencer collaborations, including compensation, deliverables, and contracts.
  • Providing influencers with detailed guidelines and creative briefs for campaign materials.
  • Reviewing and approving content generated by influencers to ensure it meets brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Coordinating content approvals with clients and facilitating necessary revisions.
  • Establishing and managing project timelines to ensure all campaign milestones are achieved.
  • Overseeing campaign budgets and expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and offering data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Facilitating the execution of influencer marketing campaigns through proficient translation between French and English.

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Capability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of influencer marketing and social media metrics (impressions, reach, engagement).
  • Bilingual proficiency in French.
