About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at BMC Appointments Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a digital marketing strategy that incorporates PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and affiliates to drive traffic and sales.
  2. Collaborate with Agencies and Internal Teams: Work closely with digital agencies and internal brand and content teams to drive improved growth and reach.
  3. Optimize SEO Performance: Drive growth in backlink profile, keyword reach, and domain authority with an always-on SEO approach.
  4. Content Strategy and Development: Develop a high-performing content strategy and champion an SEO mindset across departments to produce SEO-friendly content.
  5. Channel Management: Manage digital marketing channels, including budgeting, campaign planning, and collaboration with external agencies.
  6. Customer Engagement: Own all CRM channels, email, and SMS campaigns, as well as referral and loyalty programs.
  7. Analytics and Optimization: Analyze campaign success, translate data into actionable insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  8. Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of digital trends, tools, and strategies, making recommendations for new approaches.

Requirements:

  1. Strong SEO Understanding: Possess a strong understanding of the role of SEO within an e-commerce environment.
  2. Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed marketing decisions.
  3. Communication and Project Management: Exhibit excellent communication and project management abilities.
