Data Engineering Manager - Squad Lead

About the Role

Harnham is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to lead one of our Engineering Squads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the squad and helping them design new software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the squad and provide guidance on technical decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to build relationships and help them understand the data collected by the team.
  • Plan and report findings from the team.
  • Develop new products using Python.
  • Build and maintain an AWS-based platform.

Requirements

  • Experience running a multiskilled team, with 3 or more people.
  • Strong coding experience using Python.
  • Experience working within AWS.
  • Commercial experience implementing best coding practices using CI/CD.
