We seek individuals with a background in sales who are eager for a career transition and wish to be part of one of the UK's most successful independent dealer groups. Compensation and Benefits:

Guaranteed earnings of £30,000 in the first yearPotential earnings of £30,000-£55,000 with no capChoice of Company Car or Car Allowance (terms apply)Salary Sacrifice Electric Vehicle Car SchemeFlexible 5-day work scheduleSunday working hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (when applicable)28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays)

Candidate Profile:

Ability to recommend suitable sales packages for customers, prioritizing integrity and professionalism.Excellent customer-facing skills with the capability to communicate effectively at all levels.Well-groomed and capable of building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.Competent in following established processes and guidelines, with strong administrative skills to accurately document customer information.Results-oriented, resilient in handling customer objections, and open to constructive feedback.
