We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Transaction Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to our valued customers.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving results. You will be financially astute, with a sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating sales and finance options to customers
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
