Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Transaction Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales and finance options to customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and close sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry.
- Financial acumen and a proven track record of achieving results.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Full and valid UK driving license.
