Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Transaction Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales and finance options to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Support and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
- Financial acumen and a proven track record of achieving results
- Sound knowledge of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices
- Excellent communication skills and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Full and valid UK driving license
