The Role: Transaction Manager

As a Transaction Manager, you will play a vital role in facilitating seamless sales transactions for our valued customers. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting insurance and warranty options, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on financing options, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs.
  • Present and explain insurance and warranty packages, highlighting the benefits and value they offer.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Transaction Manager within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices.

  • Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
