About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate sales transactions and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
