Transaction Manager

Our client, a leading car dealership group, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Transaction Manager to join their team in Romford. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate sales and finance options to customers
  • Understand and meet the needs of each customer to ensure a high standard of customer experience
  • Retain loyal customers and attract new ones to the business
  • Support and guide the Sales team
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
  • Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Full and valid UK driving license
