Job Title: Transaction Manager
Location: Romford
Salary: Basic Salary £30,000 Bonus OTE Circa £60,000
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing dealer groups, representing a number of well-respected and popular brands across dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, and Essex.
They are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Transaction Manager to join their team in their dealership in Romford.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Transaction Manager is an integral part of the sales team, facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to valued customers. You will be adept at understanding and meeting the needs of each customer, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience. Through exemplary customer service and attention to detail, you will retain loyal customers while attracting new customers to the business.
You will also offer support and guidance to all members of the Sales team.
RequirementsExperience:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
- Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
- A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Full and valid UK driving license
