Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Records Management: Maintain up-to-date client records and manage all submissions to regulatory authorities.
  • Client Liaison: Ensure clients are informed about annual compliance obligations and assist with their inquiries.
  • Document Support: Provide assistance to clients and legal professionals with notarized or legalized documentation as required.
  • Service Quality: Actively ensure that the services rendered to clients are of the highest quality.
  • Team Management: Lead the company secretarial team, address complex challenges, and uphold high standards of service delivery.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Keep abreast of current and forthcoming regulations to maintain the team's knowledge base.
  • Record Keeping System: Ensure accurate record maintenance using the designated governance system and coordinate with them to fulfill organizational requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Qualified company secretary or seasoned legal executive/paralegal.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a company secretarial capacity.
  • Familiarity with governance systems or similar cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience with regulatory submission processes.
  • Ability to foresee client requirements and provide prompt assistance.
  • Dedication to remaining informed about best practices and emerging trends.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive, client-focused demeanor.
