Corporate Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Manager to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading governance services provider, supporting listed plc clients with their corporate governance and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver governance services for a portfolio of listed plc clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions, leveraging your technical knowledge and experience.
- Attend board, committee, and shareholder meetings, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed and best practices are upheld.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Oversee client onboarding, billing, and regulatory filings, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate governance and listed plc requirements, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Proven experience in a company secretarial role, with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and governance best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience managing junior staff and delivering high-quality service, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
- CGI/ICSA qualification (desirable), demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home part of the week, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
