Job Description

**Job Title:** Corporate Governance Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Manager to join our team at G2 Legal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering governance services for a portfolio of listed plc clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver governance services for a portfolio of listed plc clients.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, governance, and corporate transactions.
  • Attend board, committee, and shareholder meetings, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Oversee client onboarding, billing, and regulatory filings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate governance and listed plc requirements.
  • Proven experience in a company secretarial role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing junior staff and delivering high-quality service.
  • CGI/ICSA qualification (desirable).

Work Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from home part of the week. The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
