We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Manager to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading governance services provider, supporting listed plc clients with their corporate governance and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and deliver governance services for a portfolio of listed plc clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  2. Provide expert advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions, leveraging your technical knowledge and experience.
  3. Attend board, committee, and shareholder meetings, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed and best practices are upheld.
  4. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  5. Oversee client onboarding, billing, and regulatory filings, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Strong technical knowledge of corporate governance and listed plc requirements, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  2. Proven experience in a company secretarial role, with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and governance best practices.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Experience managing junior staff and delivering high-quality service, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
  5. CGI/ICSA qualification (desirable), demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home part of the week, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
