Position Overview:
We are expanding our services and are in search of Community Support Specialists in Chesterfield to serve the S40 area and within a 10-mile radius.


Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with additional pay for Bank Holidays.


We value compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team.


Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you MUST possess a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle.

Shifts: Available from 06:00 to 14:30 and 15:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday, with a requirement to work every other weekend. We offer both full-time and part-time hours to accommodate your needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
  • Support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
