About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Care Professional to join our team at Bradcare Limited in Chesterfield S40. As a Community Care Professional, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, and perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, and monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work every other weekend and flexible hours.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
